Digitalization has gifted women the voice to be vocal about their needs.

Allowing women to be entrepreneurs. Digitalization has helped women set up their businesses and explore their vibrant business ideas. Small business via social media is flourishing at their best, including a lot of women entrepreneurs running their business from home.

By building community. Women are mostly considered to be in competition with other women for all the things. But, that is not the fact. With the help of initialization women are being aware of what other women in other places are going though are even supporting them for the right cause and thus, building a community where will support other women.

Digitalization supports gender equality.  Digital fluency in women can bridge up the gender equality gap in the employment sector that has been present for ages. Governments of all states should take responsibility to educate their women in technology so that both men and women get equal opportunity of  employment.

With the internet being the method to commute such women can manage their household and their work more conveniently.
